THE EMORY ALTOONA

Altoona, IA | 2020-2022

The Emory Altoona was built as a conventional property consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The community has four buildings plus attached and detached garages. The Emory features a clubhouse with a pool, fitness center, dog washing station and tanning facility.

ATTIVO TRAIL

Waukee, IA | 2019
Attivo Trail is a 55+ Active Living Community in Waukee, IA. Attivo Trail features a large community area with many gathering spaces, including an indoor pool, library, bar, patio, and more.

Phase 1 included 202 units plus attached and detached garages. Phase 2 was completed in 2023 and included an addition of 87 units, additional attached garages, and an underground parking structure.

IRONWOOD APARTMENTS

Altoona, IA | 2015-2018

Ironwood was built as a conventional property consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The community has 294 units in 8 buildings plus attached and detached garages.

Ironwood's luxury amenities include a clubhouse with a pool, fitness center and tanning facility.

PRAIRIE POINTE STUDENT LIVING

Ankeny, IA | 2013-2020

Prairie Pointe Student Living has 158 units in 10 buildings and was built to house students who attend DMACC.

These apartments feature a shared kitchen and living room area with private bedrooms and bathrooms.

STADIUM VIEW SUITES

Ames, IA | 2016-2018

Conveniently situated just steps away from Jack Trice Stadium near Iowa State University. Stadium View is a student property that consists of 197 units in 5 buildings.

Stadium View features a clubhouse with a fitness and tanning facility.

PROVIDENCE POINTE

Johnston, IA | 2009-2014

Providence Pointe is a conventional property that consists of 357 units in 12 buildings with attached and detached garages.

Providence Pointe features a pool, clubhouse, on-site fitness and community room.

Home: Projects

Haverkamp Construction, formerly Insite, develops and builds projects underneath Haverkamp Group. In 2000, they began building properties in Ames, IA, and have since grown to Des Moines and the surrounding suburbs.

Building over 2000 apartment units in Central Iowa, Haverkamp Construction started in student properties and has moved into the conventional and senior markets. While multi-family construction continues to be the focus of our company, we have also built several other commercial and residential projects, including small retail multi-tenant buildings, vehicle repair shops, and convenience stores.

In 2019, Haverkamp Group partnered with architect firm Practic Design to offer complete design and build construction services.
