Thirty years ago, Haverkamp Group developed our first project, an 8-plex in Ames, Iowa. We began as a small provider of student living for Iowa State University students in Ames, Iowa. We have since added several companies under the Haverkamp Group umbrella including, Haverkamp Properties, Haverkamp Construction, Practic Design, Outdoor Escapes, Haverkamp Farm Management, and Haverkamp Investments. While we have grown, we continue to take pride in the family-style culture exemplified by our team.

EOS— or Entrepreneurial Operating System—provides us with a well-defined structure in which every person in the company can grow, be fulfilled in their work and achieve their personal goals.
