Attivo Trail Ankeny

Attivo Trail is our second entry into the age-restricted (55+), active-living market. Attivo offers high-end, luxury amenities such as a heated swimming pool, community room, lounge, library, fitness center, outdoor grilling stations, walking trails and much more. All of these amenities are part of Attivo's exclusively for-rent development that affords a lock-and-leave lifestyle and frees seniors from the responsibilities of home ownership.

Phase 1 of Attivo Trail - Ankeny opened on October 31, 2023, with 137 apartments, 23 garages, 132 underground parking stalls, and most of the property amenities.

Phase 2 & 3 of Attivo Trail Ankeny are scheduled to open in Spring 2026 with an additional 142 units, 65 garages, and 72 underground parking stalls.
